Willie Pieterse
Willie Pieterse, our founder, combines over two decades of IT expertise with a lifelong passion for property development. Through his consultancy, Pins Plus, founded in 2021, Willie has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, integrity, and community impact. Deeply focused on fostering family-oriented values, he believes that businesses should do more than operate—they should enrich the lives of those around them.
Willie’s love for architecture and transformative design began early, fueling his journey from personal property investment to launching his own property company. Guided by the BRRR strategy—Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance—Willie envisions revitalising neighbourhoods and setting new standards in sustainable, meaningful development. His mission goes beyond building structures; he aims to craft a legacy of life-changing architecture that reflects resilience, purpose, and the courage to follow one's true calling.
